Cancellation & Refunds Process:
1. Rooms reserved can be cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be fully refunded
2. Once we receive your cancellation, we will check and notify you that we have received your cancellation request.
3. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after cancellation request is approved from our side.
4. If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
5. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
